The invention discloses a rail vehicle door auxiliary locking device which comprises a rack installed on a vehicle body, a hanging frame installed on the rack, a rail arranged on one side of the hanging frame, a lead screw driven by a motor and a transmission nut arranged on the lead screw in a sleeving mode. The transmission nut is connected with a transmission frame, the transmission frame is connected with a transmission plate, and the other side of the transmission plate is connected with a bearing support. The bearing bracket is slidably connected with the track; a synchronous rod parallel to the lead screw is arranged on the rack and sleeved with a lock fork and a cam, a roller matched with the lock fork is arranged on one side of the transmission nut, and a roller matched with the cam is arranged at the front end of the bearing support; in the locking state, the roller at the front end of the bearing support is clamped below the rail, and in the unlocking process, the cam ejects the roller at the front end of the bearing support out, and unlocking is achieved. According to the scheme, the driving part is separated from the locking part, the locking part mechanically limits the rolling wheel, under the condition that the driving part loses efficacy, the rolling wheel is not ejected out of the rail, locking failure cannot occur, and the locking reliability is remarkably improved.
