Electromagnetic locking device for railway vehicle door system
The invention discloses an electromagnetic locking device for a railway vehicle door system. The electromagnetic locking device comprises an electromagnet and a support which are installed on a driving mechanism assembly or a vehicle body of the railway vehicle door system, and a limiting pin installed on a door plate. The swing arm assembly is installed on the outer side of the support, and the rolling pins are installed at the two ends of the swing arm assembly respectively. The supports at the two ends of the swing arm assembly are each rotationally connected with a lock fork, and the rolling pins are matched with the lock forks. One end of the connecting rod is connected with the electromagnet, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a bolt, and the connecting rod stirs the swing arm assembly through the bolt; in the door closing process, the limiting pin on the door plate impacts the lock fork and pushes the lock fork to rotate to the locking position, and at the moment, the lock fork is limited by the rolling pin. According to the scheme, the limiting pin serving as a locking pin is exposed outside, daily observation and maintenance can be achieved, and the problem that after an original locking pin fails, daily inspection cannot be found is solved.
