The invention relates to a sealing sliding door which comprises a door body which comprises a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other and can be matched with an opening of a partition piece to close the opening; the sealing piece surrounds the periphery of the door body and is arranged on the side part, facing the partition piece, of the door body; and a slide rail carrying the door body and for guiding the door body to move between an open position and a closed position, in which the slide rail comprises a first guide rail and a second guide rail, the first guide rail being provided with a first step portion and the second guide rail being provided with a second step portion, and the slide rail being provided with a second step portion. The first step part and the second step part are configured to enable the first side and the second side of the door body to displace in the normal direction asynchronously relative to the partition piece. The sealing sliding door is high in designability, can avoid abrasion of a sealing piece, guarantees the sealing effect, can save the space on a carrying tool, and has the advantage of being good in sealing effect of a rotary door body. In addition, the invention also relates to a carrying tool comprising the sealing sliding door.
