The invention provides an environment-friendly alkali-activated cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The green and environment-friendly alkali-activated cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25.5%-52% of waste granite stone powder, 16%-37.5% of blast furnace slag, 10%-27% of metakaolin, 10%-20% of municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash and 5%-10% of an alkali activator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the waste granite stone powder, the blast furnace slag, the metakaolin and the municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash according to the ratio, fully ball-milling to obtain an admixture, and mixing the admixture with the alkaline activator to obtain the cementing material. According to the mode, the utilization rate of the solid waste materials can be increased, meanwhile, the performance of the cementing material is improved through the synergistic effect of the solid waste materials, expansion deformation of urban solid waste incineration bottom ash is relieved, and the cementing material with good working performance and high mechanical performance is formed.
本发明提供了一种绿色环保型碱激发胶凝材料及其制备方法。该绿色环保型碱激发胶凝材料按质量分数计包含如下组分:废弃花岗岩石粉25.5%~52%,高炉矿渣16%~37.5%,偏高岭土10%~27%,城市固体废物焚烧底灰10%~20%,碱性激发剂5%~10%。将废弃花岗岩石粉、高炉矿渣、偏高岭土和城市固体废物焚烧底灰按照上述配比混合,充分球磨后得到掺合料,再将掺合料与碱性激发剂进行混合,即可制得上述胶凝材料。通过上述方式,本发明能够在提高固废材料利用率的同时利用各固废材料之间的协同作用,改善胶凝材料的性能,并缓解城市固体废物焚烧底灰的膨胀变形,形成具有较好的工作性能和较高的力学性能的胶凝材料。
