The invention discloses a thin-layer ground repairing mortar material and a construction method thereof. The thin-layer ground repairing mortar material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 200 parts of 52.5 ordinary portland cement, 500 parts of 70-120-mesh quartz sand, 20 parts of latex powder, 2 parts of cellulose, 3 parts of a water reducing agent and 3 parts of polypropylene fibers. By means of the mixed materials and the repairing technology, the ground can be repaired to be flat and neat, pits of the road surface are avoided, the strength of the repaired part is high, and the surface does not cause collapse of the materials at the pits in the running process of a vehicle. Construction is convenient, and construction can be conducted on a wet base plane and under the low-temperature condition. The environment is not polluted; the health and environment-friendly effects are realized.
