High-temperature stable ceramic powder and preparation method of ceramic substrate thereof
The invention discloses high-temperature stable ceramic powder and a preparation method of a ceramic substrate thereof, and belongs to the field of electronic components. The ceramic powder comprises calcium carbonate, strontium carbonate, zirconium dioxide, niobium pentoxide and zinc oxide; strontium carbonate, zirconium dioxide and titanium dioxide are adopted to synthesize a zirconium-strontium-calcium-titanium main body material; niobium pentoxide, zinc oxide and calcium carbonate are adopted to perform doping modification on a zirconium-strontium-calcium-titanium main body material to form zirconium-strontium-calcium-titanium-based ceramic powder, namely the high-temperature stable ceramic powder. The preparation method of the ceramic substrate comprises the following steps: (1) adding a dispersing agent, a solvent and a binder into the zirconium-strontium-calcium-titanium-based ceramic powder; (2) preparing tape casting slurry through a ball milling process; and (3) carrying out tape casting, piece cutting, lamination, isostatic pressing, hot cutting, glue discharging and sintering on the tape casting slurry to obtain the ceramic substrate. The problems of low dielectric constant, high sintering temperature and poor temperature characteristic of existing calcium zirconate serving as a ceramic main body material are solved. The preparation method is widely applied to the fields of high-temperature stable ceramic powder and ceramic substrates thereof.
一种高温稳定型陶瓷粉及其陶瓷基板的制备方法,属于电子元器件领域。所述陶瓷粉组分包括碳酸钙、碳酸锶、二氧化锆、五氧化二铌、氧化锌;采用碳酸锶、二氧化锆、二氧化钛合成锆锶钙钛主体材料;采用五氧化二铌、氧化锌及碳酸钙对锆锶钙钛主体材料进行掺杂改性,形成锆锶钙钛基瓷粉,即高温稳定型陶瓷粉。所述陶瓷基板制备方法为:(1)在所述锆锶钙钛基瓷粉中,加入分散剂、溶剂、粘结剂;(2)通过球磨工艺制备成流延浆料;(3)所述流延浆料经过流延、裁片、叠片、等静压、热切、排胶、烧结后得到陶瓷基板。解决了现有锆酸钙作为陶瓷主体材料存在介电常数低、烧结温度高、温度特性差的问题。广泛应用于高温稳定型陶瓷粉及其陶瓷基板领域。
