The invention discloses a grouting device for road and bridge engineering construction, the grouting device structurally comprises moving wheels, a storage box, a motor, a handle, a rotating belt, a discharging device and a vehicle body, when the grouting device is used, a storage assembly is mounted on the vehicle body and communicates with the storage box, and concrete is guided into the storage assembly through the storage box to be mixed and stored; a mounting frame is mounted on the storage assembly, three limiting rings at the upper end of the mounting frame can limit the positions of the material guiding pipes, the three material guiding pipes are kept at the corresponding positions, and the situation that the material guiding pipes shake and shift due to flowing of concrete in the discharging process is avoided; and the material guiding pipe can stably conduct concrete materials stored in the storage assembly into the material discharging assembly along with the storage assembly, and concrete is rapidly and effectively guided into the grouting position through the material discharging assembly.
