The grouting equipment for road and bridge engineering construction is mainly composed of a base, a material storage cavity, a supporting seat, a slurry cylinder, a driving shaft and the like, a movable cavity is formed in the supporting seat, a spring is fixedly connected to the bottom of an inner cavity of the movable cavity, and a cross rod is fixedly connected to the top end of the spring; a sleeve is fixedly connected to the middle of the top face of an inner cavity of the movable cavity, a piston block is fixedly connected to the top face of the transverse rod and located under the sleeve, and a conical barrel is fixedly connected to the position, located at a discharging opening of the supporting base and the slurry barrel, of the middle of the transverse rod. When vibration is generated during operation of equipment, a spring can stretch out and draw back up and down in a movable cavity through vibration of the equipment, so that a cross rod is driven by the spring to move up and down, and when the cross rod moves upwards, due to the fact that a piston block and a sleeve are arranged in a matched mode, the piston block enters the sleeve and extrudes gas in the sleeve; and vibration generated by the equipment is buffered by using air in the sleeve, so that the difficulty of equipment operation is reduced.
