The invention discloses a grouting device for road and bridge engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of grouting construction.The grouting device comprises a grouting pipe connected with a grouting machine body, a fixing ring is arranged outside the grouting pipe in a clamped mode, a plurality of thrust structures are rotationally arranged in the grouting pipe, and a plurality of thrust grooves are formed in the inner side wall of the grouting pipe; according to the grouting device, slurry flows through the grouting pipe to push the thrust structure to rotate to open the grouting pipe, grouting construction is conducted on the interior of a hole, rotation of the thrust structure drives the ejector rod to eject the supporting force push plates to be opened and flattened, and the supporting force push plates abut against the inner wall of the hole; the slurry in the hole is in contact with the bottoms of the force supporting push plates after being lifted, so that the force supporting push plates and the grouting pipe are lifted to move upwards through the upward surging force of the slurry, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the problems of blockage and even pipe explosion caused by the fact that the grouting pipe is not pulled upwards in time are solved.
