The invention provides a soil body in-situ testing device, system and method, and relates to the technical field of static sounding devices.The soil body in-situ testing device comprises a soil body expansion module, a shear wave velocity measuring module and a static sounding module which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the soil body expansion module comprises a supporting rod, an expansion film, an expansion pressure applying structure and at least one group of transverse displacement sensing assemblies, the expansion film sleeves the supporting rod, the transverse displacement sensing assemblies are arranged between the outer wall of the supporting rod and the expansion film, and the expansion pressure applying structure is used for applying pressure to the expansion film to enable the expansion film to generate transverse stress and measure the transverse stress; the transverse displacement sensing assembly is used for monitoring a transverse displacement value generated when the expansion film is subjected to transverse stress. According to the soil in-situ testing device, system and method, static sounding, shear wave velocity data measurement and stress-strain data collection in the soil expansion process can be carried out at the same time, and the static sounding operation efficiency is improved.
