Steel shot filling and grouting combined method for rapidly blocking waste drill hole gushing water
The invention relates to the technical field of deep foundation pit engineering construction, in particular to a steel shot filling and grouting combined method for quickly blocking waste drill hole water gushing, which comprises the following steps: when an abnormal water gushing phenomenon occurs in a mechanical excavation process of a foundation pit, firstly, further ascertaining a water gushing point and whether a water gushing drill hole exists or not by adopting modes of manual excavation, geophysical prospecting and the like; when water gushing drill holes exist, steel shots are immediately filled into the holes for back pressure; drilling holes by adopting a grouting drilling machine; after drilling to the predicted depth, the grouting drilling machine continues to drill in situ, and steel shots continue to be filled into the hole along the periphery of the drill rod at the drilling position till the hole is full of the steel shots; and grouting is started from the lowermost portion of the drilled hole, grouting is stopped till the designed foundation pit bottom elevation is reached, and grouting is completed until grouting liquid is solidified. The steel shots are creatively adopted as back pressure materials, the characteristic that the steel shots have certain fluidity and self-compaction performance, especially the characteristic that the volume weight of steel is large, of the steel shots are fully utilized, the effect of accurately controlling the water gushing flow speed is achieved, and economic losses caused by emergency rescue and construction period delay can be greatly reduced.
本发明涉及深基坑工程施工技术领域,具体是一种灌填钢丸与注浆相结合的快速封堵废旧钻孔涌水的方法,在基坑机械开挖过程中遇到异常涌水现象时,首先通过改用人工开挖、物探等方式进一步探明涌水点以及是否存在涌水钻孔;当存在涌水钻孔时,立即向孔内灌填钢丸反压;采用注浆钻机钻孔;钻至预计深度后,注浆钻机继续原位钻动,继续在钻孔处沿着钻杆周边向孔内灌填钢丸,直至灌满为止;从钻孔最下部开始注浆,至设计基坑底标高处停止注浆,待注浆液体凝固即可。本发明创新性的采用钢丸作为反压材料,充分利用钢丸具有一定流动性和自密实性特别是钢材容重较大的特性,实现了精确控制涌水流速的作用,可极大降低抢险及延误工期带来的经济损失。
