The invention relates to the technical field of anchor cable opening water gushing plugging, and discloses an anchor cable hole water gushing plugging construction structure which is characterized in that an anchor cable, a primary normal-pressure grouting long pipe, a secondary high-pressure splitting grouting long pipe, a primary grouting short pipe and a secondary grouting short pipe are combined into a whole and are arranged in an anchor hole; the anchor hole comprises an anchoring section and a free section, and the bottom of the primary normal-pressure grouting long pipe and the bottom of the secondary high-pressure splitting grouting long pipe penetrate through the anchoring section and extend to the bottom of the anchor hole; the bottom of the primary grouting short pipe and the bottom of the secondary grouting short pipe extend to the free section; pure cement paste is injected into the anchor hole at normal pressure through the primary normal-pressure grouting long pipe, mixed liquid formed by mixing the pure cement paste and the water glass solution is injected into the anchor hole at high pressure through the secondary high-pressure splitting grouting long pipe, the pure cement paste and the mixed liquid form an anchoring body at the anchoring section, and the anchoring body relatively fixes the anchor cable in the anchor hole; the primary grouting short pipe and the secondary grouting short pipe inject mixed liquid into the free section in sequence, and the mixed liquid forms a plugging body on the free section.
