The invention discloses a water-blocking grouting material for water gushing of a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) tunneling tunnel. The water-blocking grouting material comprises 100-500 parts of an inorganic grouting material, 4-8 parts of mixed fibers and 100-300 parts of an epoxy resin grouting material. The invention also discloses a construction method of the water-blocking grouting material for the sudden water gushing of the TBM tunneling tunnel, the grouting materials with different proportions are adopted according to different water gushing amounts, and a water-blocking process in which water pumping and grouting are carried out simultaneously is adopted, so that the conditions of mud gushing and sand gushing caused by sudden water gushing are effectively restrained, and the problem of sudden water gushing in the tunnel construction process is effectively solved. According to the water-blocking grouting material for sudden water gushing, inorganic component slurry and organic component slurry are matched, and the mixed fibers are added, so that a water source is efficiently blocked, the strength of the blocking material is improved, the blocking material is prevented from being scoured and eroded by gushing water for a long time, the blocking material is prevented from being damaged, and a built tunnel is further eroded, and the service life of the tunnel is indirectly prolonged.
