The invention discloses a continuous open caisson type subway station construction method and structure. The subway station structure comprises a plurality of open caissons arranged side by side and tenon type connecting walls used for connecting the open caissons. Each open caisson comprises a blade foot and a well wall which are sequentially connected from bottom to top; an open caisson bottom beam is arranged at the bottom cutting edge of the open caisson; the well wall comprises a first section of well wall and a second section of well wall; a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the first section of well wall, and a bottom plate longitudinal beam is arranged above the bottom plate; a middle plate ring beam is arranged on the inner side of the top of the first section of well wall, a middle plate is laid on the same horizontal plane of the middle plate ring beam, and a middle plate longitudinal beam is arranged below the middle plate; a top plate ring beam is arranged on the inner side of the upper middle portion of the second section of well wall, a top plate is laid on the same horizontal plane of the middle plate ring beam, a top plate longitudinal beam is arranged below the top plate, and a plurality of supporting columns are vertically arranged between the top plate longitudinal beam and the bottom plate longitudinal beam. Reinforcing soil bodies are arranged at the two ends of the subway station structure. The construction period is effectively shortened, and the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced.
