Construction method for continuous open caisson of subway station
The invention relates to a construction method for continuous open caissons of a subway station, which adopts a method that single open caissons (boxes) are constructed in sequence and then connected to form a whole station. After construction of internal structures of the open caissons (boxes) on the two sides is completed, a soil body at the bottom of a connecting section of the open caissons (boxes) needs to be reinforced, and waterproof curtains on the two sides of the connecting section are constructed. The construction method comprises the following steps of: firstly, digging the bottom of each steel enclosing purlin step by step, erecting the steel enclosing purlins in time until the bottom of a pit is excavated, then pouring a bottom plate connecting section of the open caisson (box), erecting a temporary steel support, chiseling away an end sealing wall, dismantling the steel enclosing purlins, pouring a residual top plate connecting section after the bottom plate reaches the design strength, and connecting the two open caisson (box) into a whole after the top plate reaches the design strength. And dismantling the temporary steel supports, and pouring top and bottom plate post-pouring layers.
本发明涉及一种用于地铁车站连续沉井的施工方法,采用先后施工单个沉井(箱)、再进行连接成为一个整体车站的方法。本发明的两侧沉井(箱)内部结构施工完成后,需对沉井(箱)连接段处底部的土体进行加固、施工连接段处两侧的止水帷幕。再分步开挖至各道钢围檩底,及时架设钢围檩,直至开挖到坑底,然后浇筑沉井(箱)底板连接段,待底板达到设计强度后,架设临时钢支撑,凿除端封墙,拆除钢围檩,浇筑剩余顶板连接段,待顶板达到设计强度后,两个沉井(箱)连为一个整体,拆除临时钢支撑,浇筑顶、底板后浇层。
