The invention discloses a continuous open caisson adopting pneumatic earth cutting and high-precision sinking for a subway station and a construction method. The open caisson comprises a caisson wall and a blade foot. A plurality of air pressure pipes, a plurality of water inlet pipes and a plurality of mud outlet pipes are arranged in the well wall in the circumferential direction. A strain gauge is arranged at the bottom end of the blade foot structure; the upper end of the pneumatic tube is connected with pneumatic equipment arranged on the ground, and the lower end is arranged on the inner side surface opposite to the blade foot structure at the corresponding position; the upper end of the water inlet pipe and the upper end of the mud outlet pipe are connected with a pressurized water source and negative pressure mud pumping equipment which are arranged on the ground respectively, and the lower ends are arranged on the bottom face, located between the opposite inner side faces of the blade foot structure, of the well wall. The construction process comprises the steps that 1, the open caisson is manufactured; 2, sinking the open caisson; and 3, all the open caissons are connected in a through mode. When the open caisson sinks, high-precision shearing of the soil body at the bottom of the blade foot is achieved, meanwhile, water-soil balance is exerted, project investment and risks are effectively reduced, the construction means of rail transit are expanded, and industry progress is promoted.
本发明公开了地铁车站采用气压挖土高精度下沉的连续沉井及工法,沉井包括井壁和刃脚;井壁内绕周向设有多根气压管、多根进水管和多根出泥管;刃脚结构的底端设有应变片;气压管的上端与设置在地面的气压设备连接,下端设置在相应位置的刃脚结构相向的内侧面;进水管的上端和出泥管的上端分别与设置在地面的带压水源及负压抽泥设备连接,下端均设置在井壁位于刃脚结构相向的内侧面之间的底面。施工过程包括:1、沉井制作;2、沉井的下沉;3、所有沉井的贯通连接。本发明使沉井下沉时实现高精度剪切刃脚底部土体,同时发挥水土平衡性,有效地减小了工程投资及风险,拓展了轨道交通的建设手段,推动行业进步。
