The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tiles, and particularly discloses a reticulated ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, the reticulated ceramic tile sequentially comprises a blank bottom, a ground coat layer, a light-transmitting glaze layer, a pattern layer and a dry granular glaze layer from bottom to top; wherein the ground glaze layer is used for improving the whiteness of the ceramic tile, and the light-transmitting glaze can enhance the tile surface effect, improve the texture and achieve the light-transmitting effect; the dry granular glaze layer can generate specific natural lines after being sintered, and then convex three-dimensional lines are formed, so that the friction coefficient, the hardness and the abrasion resistance of the ceramic tile are improved. According to the principle of the ceramic tile product capable of obtaining the raised lines, the melting point of the light-transmitting glaze is lower than that of the dry granular glaze, the light-transmitting glaze is firstly melted during firing, the dry granular glaze layer on the outer layer is cracked, when the melting temperature of the light-transmitting glaze is reached, the light-transmitting glaze rushes out of gaps of the cracked dry granular glaze layer, and the dry granular glaze collapses due to the action of gravity, so that the raised lines are formed. Therefore, natural raised lines are formed on the surface of the light-transmitting glaze.
本发明涉及瓷砖的技术领域,具体公开了一种网纹瓷砖及其制备方法,网纹瓷砖从下到上依次包括:坯底、底釉层、透光釉层、图案层和干粒釉层;其中,底釉层用于提高瓷砖的白度,透光釉可以加强砖面效果,提高质感以及实现透光效果;干粒釉层在烧成后能产生特有的自然纹路,然后形成凸起的立体纹路,从而使得瓷砖的摩擦系数、硬度和耐磨度均有所提升。本发明的瓷砖产品之所以能得到该凸起纹路的原理为:透光釉的熔点低于干粒釉,烧成的时候透光釉先融化,把外层的干粒釉层撑裂,达到透光釉的融化温度时,透光釉从被撑裂的干粒釉层缝隙中涌出,而干粒釉则由于重力作用塌陷,所以透光釉的表面形成了自然凸起纹路。
