Method for replacing steel strand inhaul cable of cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses a cable-stayed bridge steel strand inhaul cable replacement method which comprises the following steps that construction preparation is conducted firstly, then an old stay cable is dismantled through a single steel strand traction lowering dismantling method or an overall steel strand traction lowering dismantling method, and finally a new stay cable is installed. The method for pulling, lowering and dismantling the single steel strand comprises the steps that firstly, an old stay cable is integrally lowered by a certain anchorage device length; then connecting a long steel strand at the releasing end of the old steel strand; the old steel strands are released in a graded circulation mode through a single-hole jack; and dismantling the old steel strand by using a circulating winch traction system. The integral traction lowering dismantling method comprises the steps that firstly, a tower end anchorage device is connected with a tensioning rod through a connecting sleeve; a tensioning rod is put down through a center hole jack and a tensioning tool, the old stay cable is integrally put down till the old stay cable is completely loosened, and cable force unloading is completed; and dismantling the old steel strand by using a circulating winch traction system. The problem that a cable-stayed bridge steel strand cable body is unevenly loosened and unloaded is solved, and operation is easy and convenient.
本发明公开了一种斜拉桥钢绞线拉索更换方法,包括以下步骤:先进行施工准备,然后采用钢绞线单根牵引下放拆除方法或整体牵引下放拆除方法来拆除旧斜拉索,最后安装新斜拉索。所述钢绞线单根牵引下放拆除方法包括:首先将旧斜拉索整体下放一定锚具长度;随后在旧钢绞线放张端接长钢绞线;使用单孔千斤顶分级循环放松各旧钢绞线;利用循环卷扬机牵引系统拆除旧钢绞线。所述整体牵引下放拆除方法包括:首先使塔端锚具通过连接套与张拉杆连接;通过穿心千斤顶及张拉工装下放张拉杆,整体下放旧斜拉索至完全放松,完成索力卸载;利用循环卷扬机牵引系统拆除旧钢绞线。本发明解决了斜拉桥钢绞线索体放松卸力不均匀的问题,操作简单方便。
