The invention discloses a self-anchored suspension bridge main cable flat-bending anchoring structure and a construction method, the self-anchored suspension bridge main cable flat-bending anchoring structure comprises a steel box main beam and a main cable composed of a plurality of cable strands, the end, needing to be anchored to the steel box main beam, of the main cable penetrates into the steel box main beam, and all the cable strands are scattered through a cable scattering saddle to form a conical radiation structure symmetrical around the center line of a scattered cable; the center line of the splay cable and the center line of the main cable belong to the same plane forming an acute included angle with the horizontal plane, and an obtuse included angle is formed between the splay cable and the center line of the main cable in the plane; and each cable strand is anchored on an anchoring surface in the steel box girder after being scattered by the scattered cable saddle. During construction, point positions needing to be anchored on an anchoring surface are divided into a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns and are sequentially anchored from bottom to top; and the anchoring sequence of each row is that anchoring is performed in sequence from the position far away from the outer side line of the steel box girder to the position close to the outer side line of the steel box girder. The durability is better, management and maintenance personnel can directly reach the anchoring end of the main cable through the interior of the main beam box body, and management and maintenance operation is more convenient.
本发明公开了自锚式悬索桥主缆平弯锚固结构及施工方法,包括钢箱主梁,以及由若干索股组成的主缆,主缆需要锚固在钢箱主梁的一端穿入钢箱主梁内,通过散索鞍散开所有索股呈环绕散索中心线对称的锥形辐射结构;散索中心线与主缆的主缆中心线属于同一个与水平面呈锐角夹角的平面,且在平面内与主缆中心线呈钝角夹角;每一索股在被散索鞍散开后均锚固于钢箱主梁内的锚固面。施工时,将锚固面上需要锚固的点位分成若干行和若干列,从下向上依次锚固;每一行的锚固顺序均为从远离钢箱主梁的外边线位置向靠近钢箱主梁的外边线位置依次锚固。本发明耐久性更优,使管养人员可经主梁箱体内部直达主缆锚固端,更便于管养操作。
