Novel main cable anchoring structure and main cable anchoring method suitable for self-anchored suspension bridge
The invention discloses a novel main cable anchoring structure suitable for a self-anchored suspension bridge and a main cable anchoring method. The novel main cable anchoring structure comprises a prefabricated UHPC anchoring block fixed to a beam and a front anchor face embedded steel plate. The front anchor face embedded steel plate is provided with open holes corresponding to the cable strands. Each hole is used for penetrating through a corresponding cable strand and is provided with a concrete beam embedded steel pipe; the other end of the concrete beam embedded steel pipe is connected with the prefabricated UHPC anchoring block; the prefabricated UHPC anchoring block comprises an anchoring solid body and an anchoring cushion block; each anchoring cushion block is provided with an anchoring entity embedded steel pipe; each cable strand penetrates to the face, back to the inlet, of the anchoring entity through the corresponding anchoring entity embedded steel pipe and is anchored to the end face, back to the inlet, of the corresponding anchoring cushion block. According to the invention, on-site manufacturing can be carried out by adopting an on-site prefabrication method, inconvenience in long-distance transportation of large-size components is avoided, the main body structure is connected by adopting integral installation and wet joint connection modes, the process is clear, the manufacturing is simple, and the construction quality can be effectively guaranteed.
本发明公开了适用于自锚式悬索桥的新型主缆锚固构造及主缆锚固方法,包括与梁固定的预制UHPC锚固块和前锚面预埋钢板;前锚面预埋钢板设有与每一索股均对应的开孔;每一开孔均用于穿设相应的索股,并设有混凝土梁预埋钢管;混凝土梁预埋钢管的另一端与预制UHPC锚固块连接;预制UHPC锚固块包括锚固实体,以及锚固垫块;每一锚固垫块均设有锚固实体预埋钢管;每一索股均通过相应的锚固实体预埋钢管穿至锚固实体背向进口一面,锚固在相应的锚固垫块背向进口的端面。本发明可以采用现场预制的方法就地制造,避免大尺寸构件的长途运输不便,采用整体安装,湿接缝连接的方式与主体结构连接,工序明确,制造简单,施工质量可以得到有效保证。
