Replaceable anchoring structure of self-anchored suspension bridge main cable on beam and using method
The invention discloses a replaceable anchoring structure for a main cable of a self-anchored suspension bridge on a beam and a using method. The replaceable anchoring structure comprises the main cable divided into a plurality of cable strands, a plurality of finished cables and wedge-shaped steel base plates. All the finished cables are arranged in the pre-buried scattered cable pipe group in a penetrating manner; the pre-embedded cable pipe group comprises a front panel, a rear panel and a finished cable penetrating pipe; the rear panel is fixed with the wedge-shaped steel base plate; a finished cable rear anchoring head is arranged at the end, penetrating out of the through hole of the wedge-shaped steel base plate, of each finished cable. The part, extending out of the through hole, of each finished cable rear anchoring head is provided with an anchoring nut and a gasket and connected with the finished cable tool component. During use, a finished cable penetrates through the through hole, located in the wedge-shaped steel base plate, of the finished cable penetrating pipe, penetrates out of the other end of the finished cable penetrating pipe and then is connected with a cable strand, and a finished cable rear anchoring head is connected with a finished cable tool component for tensioning. According to the application, the problem that the corrosion amount exceeds the expectation due to the fact that the main cable strand is used in a severe environment or is not operated and maintained in place can be solved.
本发明公开了自锚式悬索桥主缆在梁上的可更换式锚固结构及使用方法,包括分成多个索股的主缆、多根成品索及楔形钢垫板;所有成品索均穿设在预埋散索管组内;预埋散索管组包括前面板、后面板及成品索穿设管;后面板与楔形钢垫板固定;每一成品索穿从楔形钢垫板的通孔穿出的一端均设有成品索后锚固头;每一成品索后锚固头伸出通孔的部分均设有锚固螺母和垫片,并与成品索工装部件连接。使用时,将成品索从成品索穿设管位于楔形钢垫板的通孔穿入,从另一端穿出后与索股连接,将成品索后锚固头与成品索工装部件连接进行张拉。本发明的应用能够解决主缆索股在使用环境恶劣或运维不到位而使锈蚀量超预期的问题。
