Fabricated underground passage
The invention discloses an assembly type underground passage which comprises a cast-in-place bottom plate module and a prefabricated wall plate module. A pouring reinforcement cage is pre-embedded in the outer side of the wallboard module; connecting parts are arranged at the two ends of the cast-in-place bottom plate module; the wallboard module is erected on the cast-in-place bottom plate module, and the two ends of the pouring reinforcement cage are fixedly connected with the two ends of the cast-in-place bottom plate module correspondingly. First concrete is poured at the joint of the pouring reinforcement cage and the connecting part of the cast-in-place bottom plate, and second concrete is poured in the other area of the pouring reinforcement cage. According to the fabricated underground passage, the prefabricated wallboard modules and the cast-in-place bottom plate modules are assembled, the construction strength of site construction can be reduced, labor force is saved, meanwhile, the prefabricated wallboard modules can be prepared in advance, and the construction period is shortened to a large extent.
本发明公开了一种装配式地下通道,包括现浇底板模块和预制的墙板模块;所述墙板模块的外侧预埋有浇筑钢筋笼;所述现浇底板模块的两端均设有连接部;所述墙板模块的架设于现浇底板模块上,并且浇筑钢筋笼的两端分别与现浇底板模块的两端固定连接;所述浇筑钢筋笼与现浇底板的连接部的连接处浇筑有第一混凝土,并且浇筑钢筋笼的其余区域浇筑有第二混凝土。本发明的装配式地下通道通道预制的墙板模块与现浇底板模块进行装配而成,能够降低现场施工的施工强度,节约了劳动力,同时预制的墙板模块可以提前准备好,较大程度上缩减了施工周期。
