Anti-flocculation polymer and anti-adsorption concrete admixture containing anti-flocculation polymer
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to an anti-flocculation polymer and an anti-adsorption concrete admixture containing the anti-flocculation polymer. The anti-flocculation polymer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of polyurethane-acrylic emulsion, 10 to 15 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride emulsion and 10 to 15 parts of polysiloxane. The concrete admixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-25 parts of an anti-flocculation polymer, 1-3 parts of sodium citrate and 1-3 parts of calcium carbonate. The anti-flocculation polymer is prepared from the polyurethane-acrylic emulsion, the polyvinylidene fluoride emulsion and the polysiloxane, the adsorption resistance of machine-made sand and cement particles can be improved, dispersion of the machine-made sand and the cement particles in concrete is facilitated, and therefore the influence of a residual flocculating agent in the machine-made sand on the concrete is reduced. The concrete admixture provided by the invention not only can improve the adsorption resistance of the concrete admixture to machine-made sand and cement particles, but also can reduce and remove rust and dirt on concrete.
