Anti-flocculation cement mortar and preparation method thereof
The anti-flocculation cement mortar is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 427 to 472 parts of cement, 1282 to 1417 parts of machine-made sand, 213 to 236 parts of water, 0.85 to 0.95 part of a water reducing agent, 0.38 to 0.42 part of a flocculating agent and 0.77 to 13.60 parts of an anti-flocculation material. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the anti-flocculation cement mortar, which comprises the following steps: (a) mixing the cement and 113-130 parts of water in parts by weight in a cement mortar mixer, and uniformly stirring; (b) adding machine-made sand and a flocculating agent, and continuously stirring uniformly in the cement mortar stirrer; and (c) uniformly stirring the anti-flocculation material, the water reducing agent and the residual water, adding the mixture in the step (b), and uniformly stirring. On the premise that the strength performance of the cement mortar is basically not influenced, the fluidity of the cement mortar can be effectively improved, and the economic cost is reduced.
