Construction method for expanding and reinforcing circular pile
The invention discloses a construction method for expanding and reinforcing a circular pile. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) installing an expanding pile machine on a construction surface; (2) spiral drill bits are driven to rotate, soil around the circular pile is cut, a driving device is synchronously started, an excavating part is driven to rotate around a first axis in a reciprocating mode, drill holes formed by the adjacent spiral drill bits are in lap joint, and an annular pile hole is formed; when the soil body is cut, water is injected into the cut earthwork through the liquid inlet pipe to form plain soil slurry, and the plain soil slurry is discharged out of the annular pile hole; (3) when the drill tip of the spiral drill bit downwards reaches a first set position, cutting of the soil body is stopped, and a cutting part is lifted upwards; and a solidifiable material is poured into the annular pile hole through the liquid inlet pipe to form a plain pile, and the plain pile and the circular pile form a composite pile body. The formed composite pile can adapt to a construction area where prefabricated round piles are not suitable for being used on a large scale, construction of a building structure can be conducted in advance, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种圆桩扩径加固的施工方法,步骤如下:(1)将扩径桩机安装在施工面上;(2)驱动螺旋钻头转动,对圆桩周围的土体进行切割,同步启动驱动装置,带动挖掘部绕第一轴线进行往复转动,使相邻螺旋钻头所形成的钻孔相互搭接,形成环形桩孔;在对土体进行切割的同时,将水经进液管注入到被切割下来的土方中,形成素土泥浆,素土泥浆排出环形桩孔;(3)当螺旋钻头的钻尖向下到达第一设定位置时,停止对土体的切割,并将切割部向上提升;经进液管将可凝固材料浇注到环形桩孔内,形成素桩,素桩与圆桩形成复合桩体。本申请所形成的复合桩能够适应于不宜大规模使用预制圆桩的施工区域,能够提前进行建筑结构的施工,以缩短施工周期。
