The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building components and discloses a fabricated building component guiding and positioning device, grooves are formed in the positions, close to the edge corners, of the top end of a positioning assembly correspondingly, clamping steel plates are movably connected into the grooves correspondingly, and limiting mechanisms are fixedly connected to the center corners of the bottom ends of the clamping steel plates correspondingly; fixing mechanisms are fixedly connected to the centers of the two sides of the positioning assemblies, and the positioning assemblies are movably connected through the fixing mechanisms. According to the guiding and positioning device for the fabricated building component, the upper component is hoisted to the upper center of the positioning assembly and is aligned to the position between the clamping steel plates to slowly fall down, so that the pair of clamping steel plates conduct guiding assistance on the outer wall of the upper component step by step, and when the clamping steel plates are pushed, through the regular triangle shape of the limiting rods and the racks, the clamping steel plates are pushed to move; therefore, the clamping steel plates can be clamped to the interior of the positioning assembly on the rack one by one, the clamping steel plates corresponding to each other up and down are limited, and accurate positioning and guiding between an upper component and a lower component are facilitated.
