The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building components, in particular to a fabricated building component guiding and positioning device and a using method thereof. A fabricated building component guiding and positioning device comprises a connecting base detachably connected with an upper component, the lower side of the connecting base is detachably connected with an upper positioning part, the lower side of the upper positioning part is provided with a lower positioning part, and a plurality of positioning ropes are connected between the lower positioning part and the upper positioning part. A fastening screw rod is connected between every two adjacent connecting seats, and the upper positioning part and the lower positioning part are coaxially arranged. The use method comprises the following steps: S1, mounting; s2, adjusting; s3, mounting; and S4, dismounting. According to the device, the upper positioning part is positioned through the connecting seat, and the assembled building can be guided, positioned and connected only through at least two groups of guiding and positioning devices, so that the disassembly and assembly work of the device is greatly reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the assembled building is improved.
