Porous concrete and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses porous concrete and a manufacturing method thereof. The porous concrete comprises adsorption particles, a coating layer, a base material and holes, wherein the volume of the adsorption particles is greatly increased after the adsorption particles adsorb liquid; the coating layer is used for coating the adsorption particles adsorbing the liquid, and the problem that the liquid in the adsorption particles permeates into the base material too fast can be solved; the coated adsorption particles are poured into the base material according to a certain proportion, and the adsorption particles can be shrunk to form the holes after being treated. Compared with chemically foamed foam concrete, the porous concrete provided by the invention can avoid mold collapse, and aggregates such as sand and the like can be added in the manufacturing process, so that the strength is improved, and the cost is reduced. In addition, liquid in the porous concrete can promote chemical reaction of a base material, residual liquid plays a role in heat absorption and release, and formed holes play roles in heat insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation, impact energy absorption and the like.
本发明公开了一种多孔混凝土及其制作方法,所述多孔混凝土包括吸附颗粒、包覆层、基体材料、孔洞;其中,所述吸附颗粒在吸附液体后体积将得到大幅增加;所述包覆层用于包覆吸附液体后的吸附颗粒,其可解决吸附颗粒中的液体向所述基体材料渗透过快的问题;将包覆后的吸附颗粒按一定比例浇筑在所述基体材料中,其经过处理后会收缩形成所述孔洞。相比于化学发泡的泡沫混凝土,本发明提供的多孔混凝土可避免出现塌模情况,并在制作过程中可加入沙子等骨料,进而提高强度,降低成本。另外,多孔混凝土中的液体能促进基体材料化学反应,残留的液体起到吸放热作用,所形成的孔洞起到隔热、保温、隔音及冲击吸能等作用。
