The invention discloses a basement bottom plate structure and a construction method thereof.The basement bottom plate structure comprises a plain soil layer, a concrete cushion layer, a waterproof layer and a bottom plate layer which are sequentially distributed from bottom to top, and is characterized in that two groove walls distributed at intervals in the front-back direction are arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate layer in the left-right direction in a protruding mode; the two groove walls and the bottom plate layer jointly define a drainage ditch, the upper end of the drainage ditch is covered with a groove cover plate, a drainage layer and a concrete surface layer are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate layer and located outside the drainage ditch in the right lower direction, and a flow guide pipe is arranged in the drainage layer in the front-back direction. The ends, close to the drainage ditches, of the flow guide pipes penetrate through the corresponding groove walls and communicate with the interiors of the drainage ditches, water seepage holes are evenly distributed in the side walls of the flow guide pipes, the flow guide pipes are used for guiding seepage water in the drainage layers into the drainage ditches, and the upper ends of the concrete surface layers are flush with the upper ends of the groove walls. The drainage layer is a melon-grain stone filling layer, drainage is smooth, and the basement ground is not prone to getting damp.
