The invention discloses an accurate parking assisting system for electric rotation of an excavator loading slewing mechanism, aiming at solving the problems and defects of electric rotation of a pure electric excavator loading slewing mechanism and effectively solving the problem that accurate parking cannot be realized by electric rotation. According to the system, auxiliary braking torque is generated through the backpressure overflow function of an overflow valve, a reversing valve set handle is rapidly switched before a target braking position is reached to control a three-position four-way proportional valve connected with an oil inlet and an oil outlet of a motor, and the auxiliary braking torque is applied in advance before the electric rotation speed is reduced to zero; therefore, the electric rotary system can be accurately parked at the target position.
本发明针对纯电动挖掘机上车回转机构电动回转存在的问题和不足,为有效解决电动回转无法精确停车的问题,公开了一种挖掘机上车回转机构电动回转精确停车辅助系统。该系统利用溢流阀背压溢流功能产生辅助制动力矩,通过在到达目标制动位置前快速切换换向阀组手柄来控制与马达进出油口连接的三位四通比例阀,在电动回转速度降为零之前提前施加辅助制动扭矩,从而实现电动回转系统精确地在目标位置停车。
