The excavator rotation control method comprises the steps that according to a fuzzy control rule indicating the corresponding relation between working conditions and closed-loop control parameters, the closed-loop control parameters for the current working condition are determined on the basis of working condition data of an excavator under the current working condition; based on the target rotating speed and the current rotating speed of a rotating motor of the excavator and the determined closed-loop control parameters, first torque is determined; and determining a target torque for the rotary electric machine based on the first torque.
