The invention discloses a light UHPC decorative component and a preparation method thereof. The light UHPC decorative component comprises a panel layer and a structural layer, the structural layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 600 to 1000 parts of white cement, 100 to 300 parts of white silicon powder, 1 to 4.6 parts of synthetic fiber, 500 to 1500 parts of quartz sand, 1 to 15 parts of lightweight aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of a water reducing agent, 0 to 1 part of a defoaming agent and 150 to 200 parts of water. The decorative component is divided into the structural layer and the panel layer, the structural layer uses the lightweight aggregate to reduce the use amount of the cementing material, so that the shrinkage amount is reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced and the durability is improved under the condition of ensuring that the structural strength is met, meanwhile, the decorative component is designed into a double-layer structure, and the panel layer can ensure the decorative effect and the use requirement; and the structural layer is used for providing structural strength, so that the overall structure has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, high strength, good volume stability and the like.
