The invention discloses high-impermeability self-repairing concrete and a preparation method thereof.The high-impermeability self-repairing concrete is prepared from bacillus pasteurii, an immobilization material, a coating material, water, cement, fly ash, aggregate, an additive, calcium lactate and urea; and coating the immobilized microorganisms with a coating material to obtain bacterium-carrying particles, and doping the bacterium-carrying particles and a bacillus pasteurii bacterium solution into concrete to prepare the high-impermeability self-repairing concrete. When the microorganisms are doped, the immobilized material and the coating material are used for treating the microorganisms, so that the long-term survival rate and the release capacity of the microorganisms in the concrete are improved, the good mineralization deposition efficiency of the microorganisms is ensured, and the self-healing of concrete cracks is better realized; in addition, when the concrete is prepared, the bacillus pasteurii bacterial liquid is directly doped, so that the anti-permeability performance of the concrete is improved while the mechanical property of the concrete is ensured.
