The invention discloses a combined coke oven hearth column and a construction method thereof. The hearth column comprises a plurality of sections of butted prefabricated columns, the prefabricated columns comprise a top prefabricated column, a middle prefabricated column and a bottom prefabricated column; the top prefabricated column and the bottom prefabricated column are solid columns; the middle prefabricated column is a hollow column; a plurality of prestressed reinforcements and post-poured concrete are arranged in the hollow column; and the top prefabricated column and the middle prefabricated column as well as the middle prefabricated column and the bottom prefabricated column are in butt joint through end face extending ribs and sleeves and then are in butt joint through grouting. The hearth column can be designed in a standardized manner, can be produced in a modularized manner, and is energy-saving and environment-friendly; the problem that column end steel bars are difficult to anchor can be solved, the weight of the prefabricated column is reduced, and hoisting is convenient; prestressed reinforcements and post-poured concrete are added into the hollow column, so that the structural strength of the column is greatly enhanced; the construction method is easy and convenient to operate, components are small in size and light in weight, the components can be rapidly replaced, and the construction progress is accelerated.
