The invention discloses underwater concrete structure crack grouting repairing equipment which structurally comprises a grouting barrel, a grouting structure, a barrel cover, four locking rods, a pressure gauge and a pressurizing pipe, the grouting structure is arranged at the bottom of the side end of the grouting barrel, the barrel cover is arranged on the top end face of the grouting barrel, and the locking rods lock the barrel cover to the end face of the grouting barrel. The pressure gauge is arranged at the top side end of the barrel cover; the pressurizing pipe is fixedly connected to the top end surface of the barrel cover; the grouting structure comprises a conveying and communicating pipe, a connecting pipe and a fixing structure, and the top of the conveying and communicating pipe is fixedly connected with the end face of the connecting pipe. When the seawater level is higher than a grouting hole in a crack, a reset spring is reset to drive a sliding top block to move upwards, so that a sealing plate can move upwards to seal the upper end of the interior of a communicating pipe; and seawater is prevented from entering the grouting hole from the grouting structure and being mixed with grout to influence the repairing quality.
