The bridge girder erection machine comprises a main girder, two longitudinal ends of the main girder are respectively provided with a front guide beam and a rear guide beam, the front guide beam and/or the rear guide beam comprises a plurality of sections of assembly units, and any two adjacent sections of assembly units are detachably connected; the main crown block is movably arranged on at least one of the main beam, the front guide beam and the rear guide beam; a plurality of groups of hangers, one end of each hanger is suspended and moved by the main crown block and is suitable for being selectively suspended on the main beam, the other end of each hanger is fixedly connected with a segmental beam, and any group of hangers is suitable for being suspended with the adjacent hangers in a staggered manner, so that the segmental beams are arranged in a staggered manner along the height direction; and the main crown block is suitable for driving the hanger to move longitudinally or transversely or move up and down or rotate. According to the bridge erecting machine provided by the invention, through hole forward stretching can be carried out in a narrow construction site with obstacles at a bridge head, and girder erection is successfully completed.
