The invention discloses a construction method for constructing an immersed tube pile composite foundation, which adopts a large-diameter immersed tube device, and the device comprises an expanded section pile shoe, a semicircular plate door, a blanking pipe, a stock bin and a vibratory hammer. During construction, broken stones are added into the stock bin, the vibratory hammer is started, and the large-diameter pipe sinking device sinks downwards to be larger than the designed depth; in the process of downwards inserting into a soil body, the semicircular plate door is always in a closed state under the action of the limiting block; then the large-diameter pipe sinking device is lifted upwards, in the lifting process, the bottom face of the semicircular plate door is opened due to the fact that the supporting effect of the soil body is lost, gravel in the discharging pipe falls into the expanded section pile shoe, and the expanded section pile shoe is filled with the gravel; the vibratory hammer vibrates downwards, and the expanded section pile shoe is reversely inserted, so that the bottom of the gravel pile is in a good compact state; the large-diameter pipe sinking device is lifted upwards, and after one section of the large-diameter pipe sinking device is lifted each time, downward reverse insertion is conducted; and vibro-replacement operation is conducted section by section till the ground, and operation of one vibro-replacement gravel pile is completed.
