The invention discloses a resistance-reducing and diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve for a precast pile and a construction method. The resistance-reducing and diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve comprises a resistance-reducing and diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve body, diameter-expanding rubber and blade feet. The diameter-expanding rubber is annularly and symmetrically arranged outside the resistance-reducing diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve, the blade foot with the bottom provided with an annular cavity and a resistance-reducing channel is installed at the bottom of the resistance-reducing diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve, and a first annular channel provided with a cement mortar pouring opening and an exhaust opening and a first vertical channel communicated with the cement mortar channel are formed in the top of the sleeve; an outlet of the cement mortar channel is communicated to the expanding rubber; a second annular channel with a water outlet is arranged on the outer side of the resistance-reducing and diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve and is communicated to a plurality of water drainage channels in the wall of the sleeve; a plurality of third vertical channels are further formed in the wall of the resistance-reducing diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve, a resistance-reducing connector is formed in the top, and the bottom of the resistance-reducing diameter-expanding anti-seismic sleeve communicates with the blade foot. According to the invention, the penetration efficiency is effectively improved; and pile body diameter expansion can be carried out after penetration of the precast pile is completed, and the engineering anti-seismic level of the precast pile is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于预制桩的减阻扩径抗震套筒及施工方法,包括减阻扩径抗震套筒、扩径橡胶以及刃脚;扩径橡胶环向对称地设置在减阻扩径抗震套筒外,底部有环形空腔和减阻通道的刃脚安装在减阻扩径抗震套筒底部,套筒的顶部内设置有开设了水泥砂浆浇筑口和排气口的第一环形通道,连通若干开设水泥砂浆通道的第一竖向通道;水泥砂浆通道的排出口连通至扩径橡胶处;减阻扩径抗震套筒外侧设置带有排水口的第二环形通道,连通至套筒壁内若干个排水通道;减阻扩径抗震套筒的筒壁内还设置有若干个第三竖向通道,顶部设有减阻接口,底部与刃脚连通。本发明不仅有效提高沉贯效率;还能在预制桩沉贯完成后进行桩身扩径,提高预制桩的工程抗震水平。
