The quick-setting waterproof ardealite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 900-1100 parts of ardealite, 350-450 parts of water, 50-150 parts of sawdust, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 8-12 parts of a waterproof agent. The ardealite is dried ardealite obtained by drying treatment, and the drying temperature is 100-115 DEG C. According to the invention, the coupling effect between the dried phosphogypsum components is fully utilized, the reaction rate with water is promoted, and a quick-setting phosphogypsum material without adding a coagulant is researched and developed.
