Preparation method of thin-wall plate SiC/SiC composite material component
The invention relates to the technical field of composite material preparation, in particular to a preparation method of a thin-wall plate SiC/SiC composite material component. The method comprises the following steps: cutting a multi-layer SiC fiber woven fabric, and automatically sewing to obtain a 2DSiC first fiber preform; respectively carrying out pyrolytic carbon interface phase deposition and silicon carbide interface phase deposition on the 2DSiC fiber preform to obtain a 2DSiC second fiber preform with a pyrolytic carbon/silicon carbide complex phase interface phase; carrying out vacuum or pressurized impregnation on the 2DSiC second fiber preform, curing and then carrying out heat treatment to obtain a SiC third fiber preform with a porous carbon structure; treating the SiC third fiber preform by adopting an MI process to obtain a SiC/SiC composite material densified by an infiltration process; and treating the SiC/SiC composite material by adopting a PIP process to obtain the SiC/SiC composite material component. The preparation method of the thin-wall plate SiC/SiC composite material component aims at solving the problems that a traditional single SiC/SiC composite material forming method is high in material porosity and long in preparation period.
本发明涉及复合材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种薄壁板类SiC/SiC复合材料构件的制备方法。该方法包括步骤:将多层SiC纤维机织布裁切后进行自动化缝合,获得2DSiC第一纤维预制体;对2DSiC纤维预制体分别进行热解碳界面相沉积、碳化硅界面相沉积,获得具有热解碳/碳化硅复相界面相的2DSiC第二纤维预制体;将2DSiC第二纤维预制体进行真空或加压浸渍,固化后进行热处理,获得多孔炭结构的SiC第三纤维预制体;采用MI工艺对SiC第三纤维预制体进行处理,获得熔渗工艺致密化的SiC/SiC复合材料;采用PIP工艺对SiC/SiC复合材料进行处理,获得SiC/SiC复合材料构件。该薄壁板类SiC/SiC复合材料构件的制备方法的目的是解决传统单一的SiC/SiC复合材料成型方法存在材料孔隙率高、制备周期长的问题。
