The adjusting device of the maglev track comprises a working platform used for synchronously deforming with a track beam; the suspension magnets are arranged on one side of the working platform in parallel; the detection adjusting assembly comprises a telescopic driver and a temperature detection device, the telescopic driver is connected with the suspension magnet to the working platform, and the temperature detection device is arranged on the working platform; the temperature detection device and the telescopic driver are both in communication connection with the controller, and the controller is used for determining the deformation amount of the track beam according to the temperature detected by the temperature detection device and controlling the telescopic driver in the same detection adjusting assembly to adjust the position of the suspension magnet. The adjusting device adjusts the height of the corresponding position of the suspension magnet by monitoring the temperature and judging the deformation amount of the track beam, the suspension magnet can be prevented from synchronously deforming along with the track beam, and therefore the influence of deformation of the track beam due to the temperature on train operation is avoided.
