The invention relates to an adjusting device for adjusting a magnetic levitation rail. The device is characterized by comprising a support beam (2) arranged on a bridge base body (1), a first jacking device (3) with the axis perpendicular is arranged at one end of the support beam, a first base (12) is arranged at the top end of the first jacking device, an outer-side rail plate (9) connected with the first base in a fitted mode is arranged on the first base, a second jacking device (4) with the axis perpendicular is arranged at the other end of the support beam, a second base (17) is arranged at the top end of the second jacking device (4), an inner-side rail plate (18) connected with the second base in a fitted mode is arranged on the second base. The adjusting device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the vertical heights of the rail surfaces of the rail plates are adjusted, the gradients of the rail surfaces of the rail plates can be further adjusted, the adjustment efficiency and the adjustment precision are high, and thereby the precision requirements for rail laying at linear segments and bent segments of the magnetic levitation rail are satisfied.
