The multiple first auxiliary grout outlet pipes are installed on the grouting pipe in an array mode. The lifting plate is slidably arranged in the grouting pipe in a sleeved mode, and the height of the lifting plate is lower than that of an upper end opening of the first auxiliary grout outlet pipe. A lead screw is arranged on the lifting plate and connected with the hole cleaning mechanism. The hole cleaning mechanism comprises a regulation and control plate, a plurality of shifting pieces and an ejection piece; the screw rod is sleeved with the regulation and control plate in a threaded mode, and the multiple shifting pieces are hinged to the bottom end of the regulation and control plate. According to the grouting device, the fixed part is matched with the shifting piece, after mortar stacked at the second auxiliary mortar outlet pipe opening is pushed to be scattered through the ejector block, the mortar is automatically pushed away in the direction away from the second auxiliary mortar outlet pipe opening by means of the unfolded shifting piece, the mortar outlet pipe opening is effectively prevented from being blocked, and the grouting construction efficiency is improved.
