The invention relates to the technical field of building foundation lifting and reinforcing, and provides a grouting and inclination rectifying method for a building with a deformation joint, which comprises the following steps: grouting a foundation corresponding to the deformation joint of the building to form two spaced curtain walls; permeating and grouting between the two curtain walls to form a slurry interlayer for preventing slurry from permeating into the deformation joint; and grouting rectification is conducted on the buildings on the two sides of the deformation joint. According to the scheme, the double curtain walls and the slurry interlayer are formed below the foundation corresponding to the deformation joint through grouting, the design and use requirements of the deformation joint of the building can be fully guaranteed, and meanwhile the situation that the slurry permeates into the deformation joint in the lifting and inclination rectifying process, and consequently the function of the deformation joint fails is avoided. According to the method, rectification lifting is carried out in a mode of combining fine lifting and overall lifting, so that the lifting requirement is met, and the weak part of the deformation joint is protected.
