The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant and flame-retardant PETG floor film and a preparation method thereof. The PETG floor film sequentially comprises a PETG base layer, a first bonding layer, a functional film layer, a second bonding layer, a PETG white film layer, a third bonding layer, a printing layer and a transparent film layer from bottom to top. The functional film layer comprises a flame-retardant layer and an anticorrosive layer from bottom to top. The flame-retardant and anticorrosive PETG floor film has the beneficial effects that the flame-retardant layer and the anticorrosive layer are arranged, so that the PETG floor film has flame retardancy and anticorrosive property, and in order to make up the characteristic that the PETG floor film is not easy to adhere, the bonding layer is added between the PETG base layer and the PETG white film layer and other coatings when the PETG base layer and the PETG white film layer are adhered to the other coatings, so that the adhesion of the PETG base layer and the PETG white film layer is enhanced.
