The invention discloses a method for continuously preparing an aluminum oxide ceramic fiber liner, which belongs to the technical field of ceramic fiber liners, and comprises the following steps: pretreating, pulping, adding an auxiliary agent, transferring the pulped ceramic fiber into a pulp mixing tank, adding the auxiliary agent to form a slurry, molding, and finally drying, thereby obtaining the aluminum oxide ceramic fiber liner. A finished product is obtained by pre-drying through a vacuum box, finishing and drying through an air blast drying box, and when the method is used for production, the method has the advantages that the forming mode is simple, the prepared slurry only needs to be formed through an inclined wire, leveled through a compression roller press and dried through the drying box, continuous production can be achieved, the working efficiency is improved, glue is applied in an aqueous solution, and the production cost is reduced. The adhesive and the additive are uniformly attached to the surfaces of the fibers, the structure of the liner is more uniform, meanwhile, the sizing process is simple, the liner can adapt to the continuous production process, and the problems that the thickness of a liner product is not uniform and uncontrollable are solved.
