According to the cable-stayed bridge steel anchor beam pulling plate sliding bearing device and the longitudinal displacement adjusting method, a motor is meshed with an outer gear set to drive the outer gear set to rotate, the outer gear set is meshed with an intermediate gear to drive the intermediate gear to rotate, and the intermediate gear is meshed with an inner gear set to drive an inner gear set to rotate; the inner gear set is meshed with the rack to drive the pulling plate to longitudinally slide on the bracket and conduct limiting in the transverse direction. The method comprises active stretching adjustment and passive stretching adjustment. The device can actively or passively release the longitudinal displacement of the pulling plate and meanwhile restrain the deformation of the pulling plate in other directions, so that the tensile strength of the pulling plate is fully utilized, and meanwhile, the stable connection effect of the pulling plate and the bracket is achieved. The device is a novel connecting device for the pulling plate and the bracket, can adapt to the change of the cable force of the inhaul cables on the two sides in the construction process, and ensures that the cable force of the inhaul cables on the two sides is always balanced in the construction process.
本发明提供了一种斜拉桥钢锚梁拉板滑动支承装置及纵向位移调节方法,电机与外齿轮组啮合驱动外齿轮组转动,外齿轮组与中间齿轮啮合驱动中间齿轮转动,中间齿轮与内齿轮组啮合驱动内齿轮组转动,内齿轮组与齿条啮合驱动拉板在牛腿上纵向滑动且在横向进行限位。该方法包括主动拉伸调节和被动拉伸调节。本发明的装置能够主动或被动释放拉板的纵向位移,并同时约束拉板在其它方向上的变形,使得拉板的抗拉强度得到充分利用,同时起到拉板与牛腿的稳定连接作用。本发明的装置为新的拉板与牛腿的连接装置,能够适应施工过程中两侧的拉索索力的变化,保证两侧拉索的索力在施工过程中始终得到平衡。
