Underwater prefabricated part bottom grouting method
The invention belongs to the field of underwater reconstruction and extension construction of buildings or structures, and particularly relates to a bottom grouting method for an underwater prefabricated part. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that a grouting method in the prior art cannot meet the design requirements of a grouting structure layer. The invention discloses an underwater prefabricated part bottom grouting method which comprises a grouting process, in the pressure-controlled grouting process, drainage and exhaust are conducted through a grouting pipe communicated with a grouting cavity and a communicating pipe independent of the grouting pipe and communicated with the grouting cavity, and the grouting pressure is controlled in the pressure-controlled grouting process; and the sealing effect of a sealing object at the bottom of the prefabricated part is kept, and the grouting cavity can be filled with grout. The grouting structure has the technical effects that the problem that the grouting cavity cannot be completely filled with grout is solved while it is guaranteed that the grout cannot overflow due to too large grouting pressure, and finally the design requirement of the grouting structure layer is met.
本发明属于建筑物或构筑物水下改扩建施工领域,特别是涉及一种水下预制构件底部注浆方法。本发明所要解决的技术问题为现有技术中的灌浆方法不能够满足灌浆结构层的设计要求的技术问题。本发明公开了一种水下预制构件底部注浆方法,包括注浆过程,控压注浆过程中通过与注浆空腔联通的灌浆管和独立于灌浆管之外并与注浆空腔联通的联通管进行排水排气,在控压注浆过程中控制注浆压力,以保持预制构件底部密封物的密封作用及浆液能够填充满注浆空腔。本发明达到的技术效果为在保证不会因为灌浆压力过大导致浆液溢出的同时,还解决了浆液无法完全填满注浆空腔的问题,最终满足灌浆结构层的设计要求。
