The grouting process of the prefabricated part comprises the following steps: A, preparation: cleaning a body, and preparing an edge sealing material at the same time; b, edge sealing is conducted, specifically, edge sealing materials are connected to the connecting positions of the edges of the body, and grouting channels are formed in the connecting positions of the edges of the body; c, grouting material preparation and detection: after the grouting material is prepared, the fluidity of the grouting material is detected, when the fluidity of the grouting material meets the set requirement, the grouting material is used for standby application, and meanwhile, the grout overflow holes in the body are numbered and marked; d, primary grouting is conducted, specifically, a grouting material is injected into the grouting sleeve through a grouting pipe, the grout overflow hole is blocked after linear grout overflow of the grout overflow hole, and then grouting is stopped; e, secondary grouting; and F, grouting judgment. The grouting process of the prefabricated part is high in stability.
