The invention provides a subway station T-shaped transfer structure provided with stairs, ladders and elevators and a construction method, and belongs to the field of urban rail transit engineering. The width of transfer stairs is properly reduced, two ascending escalators, two descending escalators and a corner platform are additionally arranged, and a vertical elevator extends into a third underground floor, so that the T-shaped transfer structure of the subway station formed by combining the stairs, the escalators and the elevators is formed, and the third underground floor and a second underground floor of the station can be directly communicated through the stairs, the escalators and the elevators. During implementation, the overall contour structure of the subway station is firstly constructed; constructing a platform plate structure in the station; and finally, the T-shaped transfer concrete structure is integrally constructed, and an elevator and an escalator are installed. According to the T-shaped transfer structure provided by the invention, the station transfer service standard is remarkably improved, the transfer congestion condition is improved, the transfer efficiency is improved, and the transfer convenience is greatly improved.
